The UK communications systems developer Axtar has launched a new turnkey application package for telecomms carriers and service providers.

Other features include a set of web-based graphical interfaces for the setting up and configuration of all the value-added services and an ability to impose real-time, multi-level credit limits on a carrier's customers.

Availability and pricing details were not released.
