Axiom named manager in DC.

Axiom Real Estate Management, Inc. has been named property manager of Beltway Business Center in Alexandria, Virginia, announced Gary Hutchinson, district manager of Axiom.

The 273,000-square-foot industrial complex, located on General Washington Drive, consists of six buildings on nine acres. Major tenants of Beltway Business Center include Canon U.S.A., 61 Devices, Home Health Equipment Company and Accel Computer.

The addition of Beltway Business Center increases the total portfolio of properties managed by Axiom in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area to over 3.4 million square feet. Other properties managed by Axiom include Tycon Tower, Northern Telecom World Headquarters and 1701 Pennsylvania Avenue.
