Award-Winning Lombardi BPM Suite Accelerates Sales and New Customer Growth in 2006.

Business Process Management Leader Continues Momentum With Triple-Digit Growth in 2006

AUSTIN, Texas -- Lombardi([R])(www.lombardi.com), the leader in Business Process Management (BPM) suite software for Global 2000 companies, today released highlights of its business performance in 2006. Driven by the award-winning TeamWorks([R]) BPM suite, the company achieved more than 171% overall sales growth in 2006, and added 50 new enterprise-class BPM customers to its rapidly expanding base throughout the year. This was the third consecutive year of triple-digit growth for Lombardi.

Additionally, in the 4th quarter of 2006 software sales grew 243% over the same period in 2005. The company pointed to the continued success of its European subsidiary, Lombardi Software Ltd., as a significant growth contributor. Customer traction increased in a variety of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, oil and gas, public government, transportation, technology, and insurance.

During the year, the company introduced two new products, Lombardi for Office 2003[TM] and Lombardi OEM Edition[TM], both of which are designed to further simplify the adoption and expansion of Business Process Management for end users and software vendors. Each product has made a valuable revenue impact during 2006. Lombardi for Office has become a tremendous differentiator for the company in competitive situations, with fully 56% of customers electing to leverage the technology alongside their TeamWorks implementations. Additionally, the company dramatically expanded its partner base, forming numerous key strategic alliances, and winning two major OEM selections.

Lombardi's results from 2006 include the following:

* 2006 overall sales grew 171% (over 2005) during the year with 50 strategic customer wins including Banco Espirito Santo, Devon Canada, Dresdner Kleinwort, El Paso Energy, EMI Music, ING Direct, MA Dept. of Revenue, National Bank of Canada, Pioneer National Resources, Reuters, SIRVA, Swiss PostFinance, and The UK Insolvency Service.

* Achieved an 86% win rate against the competition including both platform and "pure-play" BPM suites vendors.

* Shipped two new products, Lombardi for Office 2003 and Lombardi OEM Edition.

* Assisted customers with 123 BPM and process transformation projects throughout the year.

* Trained and certified 670 customer and partner personnel, consisting of business analysts, process engineers, architects and software developers.

* Received numerous awards and accolades for its product innovations, including best Eclipse RCP Application, a Silver WARIA Award and KM World Magazine's "2006 Readers Choice."

* Expanded global sales and support ecosystem to five additional countries, adding resellers in Italy (Arianna Consulting S.p.A), Portugal (Pararede), Switzerland (Impact), Sweden (Munkeby Systems AB) and Spain (SHS Polar).

* Secured two major OEM agreements with Cognos and Paisley Consulting. Each vendor is embedding Lombardi's BPM suite in their respective applications to deliver integrated and customizable BPM functionality.

* Generated 30% of sales from European businesses, adding customers in the following countries: France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands and UK.

* Continued to drive BPM industry thought-leadership with Phil Gilbert's appointment as Chairperson of the Object Management Group's (OMG) BPM Standards Steering Committee.
