Aviacsa shows interest in TAESA routes.
Mexico`s Aviacsa airline is apparently interested in taking over routes previously flown by grounded carrier Transportes Aereos Ejecutivos (TAESA) and has applied for permission to fly the Guadalajara-Tijuana, Mexico-Tijuana and Bajio-Tijuana routes according to El Financiero.
In related news, the Mexican Federal Competition Commission has indicated that it will conduct an investigation into the airline industry in Mexico if TAESA declares bankruptcy and the government definitely rules that TAESA can no longer operate.
