Auto property.

Ownership of an automotive property in south Little Rock shifted in a near $2.9 million deal.

Car Uni Ar Lit LLC of McLean, Va., bought Landers Auto Body at 6301 S. University Ave. from Automotive Group Realty LLC of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.

The former Sports Unlimited development was tied to a December 2001 mortgage of $150 million held by Toyota Motor Credit Corp. of Torrence, Calif.

Automotive Group Realty acquired the 4.55-acre property and adjoining 9 acres for $1.25 million nearly four years ago from Moudy Inc., led by Dan Moudy.
