Auto meltdown.

The auto industry meltdown in the U.S. is having repercussions in Latin America. where the Big Three automakers (Ford, GM and Chrysler), as wet[ as other manufacturers, operate large production facilities. This graph shows that consolidated production of cars and tight trucks in those facilities is expected to stow considerably during 2009 compared to the year prior. Chrysler is expected to show the biggest percentage drop. Production won't ramp back up until well into 2010, with GM and foreign automakers taking the lead.
