Austerity leads to division by class; Views of Wales.

SIR - The Chancellor, George Osborne, tells us to admire his achievement, the Tory view of a national recovery, that where the cost of the average house had been two and a half times the average wage before George's Austerity, it was now 11 times the average wage, with the consequence that most working people will never own a home, but will pay rent to those citizens who benefitted from George's tax policies, and have bought up so much property.

This did not occur by accident.

The Tory government has used this opportunity where voters accepted austerity, knowing that it was an attack on the living standards of all working people throughout Europe, in order to bring back their preference of society, divided by class, those who own and control through the power of wealth, and those who have no stake in the country of their birth.
