She also served as president of Hybrigenetics Cancer Research Limited and president of Hybritech Clinical Partners, Ltd.

Klause held various senior management positions at Technicare Corporation, which developed, manufactured and sold diagnostic imaging instrumentation for nuclear medicine, ultrasound, CT, MR and digital radiography throughout the world.
