Auctioneer names consultant for due diligence assignments.

Balcor Property Management/Tishman West has been retained by Kennedy-Wilson and Jones Lang Wootton to conduct physical due diligence, and coordinate the assemblage of information packages for prospective bidders, for International Sealed Bid Sales of U.S commercial real estate

Balcor Property Management is one of the largest, full-service, property management, leasing and consulting companies in the U.S.; Kennedy-Wilson is one of the nation's largest real estate auction marketing companies, and Jones Lang Wootton is a worldwide real estate service organization

The first sale in which Balcor Property Management/Tishman West will be involved will be held at the end of July, and involves the disposition of a $250 million portfolio containing 35 office, retail, and multi-family properties located throughout North America.

Balcor Property Management/Tishman West's role is to provide property inspection services and prepare project-specific reports; these findings will be included in the Kennedy-Wilson/Jones Lang Wootton offerings.

Kennedy-Wilson conducts both oral open cry auctions and sealed bid sales in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia on behalf of the RTC, financial institutions, lenders, and corporate clients.

These sellers seek the highest possible price for their holdings in the shortest amount of time from qualified buyers. Kennedy-Wilson has approximately 70,000 qualified prospective buyers worldwide with whom it does business.
