Auction breakers face 5 year in jail for hooliganism.

Nobody of those who disrupted the auction is detained. They are released on condition they won't participate in rallies anymore, Asaba party leader Salmorbek Dyikanov told Tazabek. Dyikanov said he was among 5 detained, he was questioned twice. The Bishkek investigation department launched a criminal probe into disruption of the auction for 12 deposits of mineral resources on charges envisaging up to 5 years in prison. "They have recorded disruption of the auction. They summon everyone. Nobody is detained, people are released on condition that they won't participate in any rallies, pickets, otherwise they threaten to detain.

I was told the same thing, I was almost incarcerated, but then I was released," he said. The State Agency for Geology told Tazabek that the Agency filed a report to the Bishkek City Policy Department on the day of disruption of the auction on August 28. Four were detained for 2 days, who were released then upon written undertaking not to leave the country.
