Attorney office center takes 23,000 sf at 805 Third Ave.

Foxhall Realty Law Offices, which has been operating professional office suites for attorneys for nearly 20 years, has signed a 10-year lease for 23,000 square feet of office space at 805 Third Ave.

The company will provide full-service executive offices for attorneys, a full New York State and federal law library end administrative assistance to the legal profession.

Foxhall was rounded in 1973 by Pat Cunningham, at the time a practicing attorney who saw the need for a fully equipped end professionally managed executive facility that could assist solo practitioners or small law firms better operate their businesses.

During that time, more than 300 attorneys have used Foxhall facilities in Manhattan.

Before the relocation to 805 Third Ave., Foxhall had operated a center lower on the avenue at 605 Third Ave.

The new facility has space for more then 40 professionals. It can also accommodate up to 40 clerical slots, and is equipped with space for paralegals.

In addition to a state-of-the-art switchboard and office equipment, one of the main features of the facility is its fully stocked New York State and federal law library. In addition, professional offices are larger than typical executive offices in Manhattan.

Falco added that Foxhall is also a popular facility for out-of-town law firms - particularly international firms which need a small or temporary New York City address.

In addition to the amenities listed above, the facility also ofters conference room, kitchen facilities, file rooms and 24-hour access for tenants.
