Atiku Replies Osinbajo, Accuses Veep Of Revising History.
A former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, has replied Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on the raging debate over the need to restructure Nigeria.
Mr Abubakar, in a statement he signed, also accused Mr Osinbajo of attempting 'to revise history' on the topic.
The statement by the opposition presidential aspirant comes hours after Mr Osinbajo in an open letter replied Mr Abubakar on the latter's earlier criticism of the vice president's statement.
In the letter, published by PREMIUM TIMES, Mr Osinbajo accused Mr Abubakar of promoting a 'vague' concept of restructuring.
'Alhaji Atiku's concept of restructuring is understandably vague, because he seeks to cover every aspect of human existence in that definition,' the vice president wrote.
In his response, however, Mr Abubakar outlines six steps he means when he talks about restructuring.
