Athletics: White does it again.

JUST 24 hours after setting a new course record in the Llangynhafal Loop mountain race, Bingley's Natalie White clocked a new record in the four-mile Loughrigg race in Ambleside.

Her partner Tim Austin, who was a comfortable winner of the Llangynhafal race, narrowly failed to make it a double, finishing second to Ambleside team-mate Nick Sharp.
