At your service.

Byline: Quentin Willson

THREE years ago Les Nolan bought a 1967 Bentley T1. Painted in New York City taxi cab yellow, it was used by Richard Branson to promote the Virgin Atlantic Upper Class service.

I told him it would hold its value better than a Sierra, and was spot on.

Les has been immensely proud to own "Marmite", but he's now selling her on eBay and wants to know what is a fair price.

QUENTIN SAYS: Glad you took my advice. With only 1,700 made, the T1 is a rare old piece, and being a 1967 you can import this one into the States without having to add any emission pipery. Such a charismatic history means it's got to be worth an easy pounds 7k.

Bet you're pleased you didn't buy that Sierra, Les..
