7 April 2016 - US- and global-based cross-platform e-commerce provider Astound Commerce has completed its acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based prototyping platform provider Site9, Inc. the company said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Site9 was founded by president and CEO, Andrew Mottaz, who will join Astound Commerce as senior director of Interactive Design and User Experience.
Astound Commerce is a global digital commerce provider.
Site9, Inc., a software company based in Portland, Oregon, is the maker of ProtoShare and Two Minute Mobile. Site9 was founded in 1999 in Chicago, Illinois as a web development company.
In 2006, Site9 moved to Oregon and switched its focus to software product development.
