Astor Wax.

Astor Wax, a Doraville, GA-based manufacturer of specialty waxes and petroleum-based products for rubber and plastics, is expanding its Marshall, TX, specialty wax plant with the installation of five blenders and an extra 700,000 pounds of raw material tankage to shorten customer order lead times. A 10,000 sq. ft. extension of the loading/unloading facilities is already underway. Completion is set for mid-September. A second expansion involves addition of a 35,000 sq. ft. facility in Marshall for added production capacity for chemical specialties and diversified products.
