Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of USD0.11 per common share, an increase of USD0.01 from the previous quarterly cash dividend of USD0.10 per common share.

The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2015.

In addition, the board of directors has also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of USD0.50 per depositary share on Associated's 8.00 percent Series B Perpetual Preferred Stock, which will be payable on December 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2015. The board of directors also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of USD0.3828125 per depositary share on Associated Banc-Corp's 6.125 percent Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock, which will be payable on December 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2015.
