Assisted Living Locators, Formerly CALLRN, to Offer Franchise Opportunity; Scottsdale, Ariz.-Based Company is First Placement and Referral Franchise in United States.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Assisted Living Locators, formerly CALLRN, announced today it will begin offering franchise opportunities nationwide in the 36 non-registration states.

Assisted Living Locators will be the first placement and referral franchise in the United States.

CALLRN co-founder and owner Angela Olea stated the company's decision to franchise has resulted in CALLRN branching into two divisions. Assisted Living Locators will handle placement and referral business, while CALLRN will provide case management and nursing plan care to assisted living clients. CALLRN has no plans to extend outside of Arizona.

Assisted Living Locators offers "free service" for seniors and their families giving expert advice on long-term care and senior housing.

The company provides clients with a network of pre-screened assisted living facilities and has the largest DVD care home tour library available in the nation. Their "Bring the Facility to You" program can show potential clients their assisted living options at the bedside at the nursing home or hospital.

Assisted Living Locators generates revenue from the fees paid by the group homes and assisted living facilities per placement.

"The assisted living facility industry is experiencing unprecedented growth," said Olea. "Every day in America, there are tens of thousands of families searching for assisted living homes and facilities for their elderly parents. Our franchise opportunity addresses these needs and is in a position to break new ground as the first placement and referral franchise in this exploding industry."

An Assisted Living Locator franchise can be purchased for a fee of $35,000 with total startup costs ranging from $49,565 to $77,515. There is a monthly royalty fee of 8% that is charged to the franchisee.

Franchisees in a local area will train at the company's headquarters in Scottsdale and then replicate the company's operations in their home state.

"We provide a comprehensive six-day training program that maximizes your learning and minimizes your time and effort," Olea explained. "Our franchise owners receive ongoing support from us and we assist them with individual community marketing plans. This business can be run from your home or in an office," she added.
