Asset Valuators for the Sugar Cane Industry.

Asset Valuators for the Sugar Cane Industry are sought by The National Investment Bank of Jamaica (NIBJ), wholly-owned by the Government of Jamaica. A Sugarcane Industry Enterprise Team (SET) has been established to oversee the privatization of the assets of the sugar industry. The team is currently working with the NIBJ to identify the list of assets that would fall under privatization. One critical component of the exercise will be the values to be placed on those assets which would in turn guide the expectations of bid prices.

The NIBJ is developing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to be sent to valuators from various parts of the world with expertise in the sugar industry. Firms capable of carrying out valuations of assets used in sugar cane production should immediately contact the NIBJ.
