Asselin News

The firms Asselin, Elbeuf, France, and Autefa, Friedberg, Germany have reached an agreement regarding their patent infringement dispute. The dispute concerned the manufacture and sale by Autefa of a crosslapper that Asselin considered an infringement of its German patent, number 24 29 106. Autefa believed the patent was invalid. Under terms of the agreement, which includes a remuneration paid by Autefa to Asselin, Autefa is authorized to continue its manufacture and sale of its crosslapper. The agreement applies to past and future Autefa sales.
