Ask Anna: MY PARENTS SPOIL SONS.

QI KNOW that grandparents are supposed to be able to spoil grandchildren a little. But how do I stop my parents from stuffing my two boys with junk? I try to give my children a healthy diet and limit their sweets and biscuits but when my parents babysit for them they spoil them with chips, chocolates and sticky desserts.

SAMMI, Tamworth

A LOOSEN up, Sammi! Of course you're right to encourage a healthy diet, as a daily habit. But sinful sweets and a couple of junk-food meals once in a while won't plunge your sons into longterm ill-health.

Stop fretting and let them all enjoy it
