Arts festival looking for local talent.

BARDS, troubadours, thespians and performers of all shapes and sizes will be heading to Adamsdown for the start of the annual arts festival on Saturday.

Two weeks of workshops, craft, poetry, bands, theatre, music and dance will follow and visitors and residents can take part in hip hop, rap, circus skills - hosted by the famous No Fit State Circus - graffiti and drumming workshops.

The fiesta is organised by volunteers working with the Adamsdown Community Project to promote talent.

A full programme of events is available from the Adamsdown Resource Centre on Moira Terrace and in local shops.
