Artists turn DUMBO in to a culture club.

Four artists join the over 100 working artists and 60 design tenants adding to the vibrant artist community of DUMBO.

Paige Bradley, Michael Cogliantry, Christine LaFuente and Latauro Cuttica all will open at 45 Main Street, adding to the mix of galleries, businesses, residences and shopping already residing in DUMBO's waterfront neighborhood.

"We could not be more excited to welcome these galleries to DUMBO," said Chris Havens, Director of Leasing for Two Trees.

"With the monthly Gallery Walks and other galleries already in residence, DUMBO's cultured neighborhood is steadily growing."

Paige Bradley, a sculptor who works with nontoxic oil based clay has signed a five- year lease for 1,173 s/f of space at 45 Main Street. The main focus of Bradley's artwork is contemporary human emotion in our modern times.

Photographer, Michael Cogliantry, whose clients include Comedy Central, VH1, AT&T and ESPN Magazine, has signed a two-year lease for 340 s/f of space at 45 Main Street.

Cogliantry's creatively new, fresh and hip work has won him multiple awards, including a feature in the upcoming 2006 American Photo Annual.

Christine LaFuente has signed a one-year lease for 357 s/f of space on the 10th floor of 45 Main Street. LaFuente specializes in oil paintings, working from life in the form of landscapes and still life. Her work has often been described as "Painterly Realism."

Latauro Cuttica, a painter, has signed a lease at 45 Main Street for 453 s/f.
