Arseus sells Dorge Medic.


5 July 2013 - Belgium healthcare products and services provider Arseus NV (EBR:RCUS) said it had disposed of Dorge Medic to French medical tools and services firm Bastide Le Confort Medical SA (EPA:BLC).

Temploux-based Dorge Medic offers products and value-added services for mobility aids, as well as incontinence and stoma care in Wallonia.

The company, active since 1991, generated revenues of some EUR3.3m (USD4.3m) last year, the vendor said. Following the transaction, Dorge Medic will keep its operations in Belgium and its employees and will continue to be led by its current general manager Christine Collin.

The sold business was part of Arseus Healthcare Solutions, the vendor said.
