UK magistrates have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of endangering the safety of an Air 2000 aircraft.

The 39-year-old was arrested at Birmingham International Airport on Sunday (24 November) after arriving at the airport on a Boeing 757 flight from Malaga, Spain. The man allegedly caused an disturbance on the flight, which was carrying 225 passengers, but the details of the accusation have not been released.

The man was scheduled to appear before Solihull magistrates yesterday (27 November) but left the court prior to his case being heard, reported PA News.
