Arrest warrant for Tania's ex-husband.
Camp Olivas, Pampanga -- A local court in Angeles City, Pampanga has issued an arrest warrant against the alleged killer of RCBC bank teller Tania Camille Dee, whose body was exhumed last June 28 in Angeles City.
Municipal Trial Court (MTC) Judge Gemma Theresa Hilario-Logronio released the warrant on Tuesday against Fidel Sheldon Arcenas Jr., estranged husband of Dee and known to many Angeleneos as "Jun Sheldon."
The warrant was issued upon the request of the Angeles City Prosecutor's office (ACPO), which is investigating the death of Dee, whose body was found buried in a shallow grave inside the house of the suspect's girlfriend, Angela Tinio Dychioco in Barangay Balibago.
The MTC ordered the Angeles City police and National Bureau of Investigation to arrest the suspect to face the charges against him.
Police, meanwhile, said that Dychioco is currently under the custody of the PRO3 Regional Mobile Group, as a possible witness to the crime.
Earlier, Dycioco maintained that while she pointed to police the location of the cadaver of Dee, she did not participate in the killing of the bank teller.
