NYU Course

Dec. 17 to 19--The Real Estate Institute of New York University will offer a 22.5-hour continuing education course, entitled "Legal Issues in Real Estate Brokerage," from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The class will take place at NYU's Midtown Center, at 11 W. 42 nd St, fourth floor. Dec. 20--The Real Estate Board of New York will hold a seminar, entitled "Residential Agents Black Hole," from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Jacky Teplitzky, executive vice president of Prudential Douglas Elliman, will be the featured speaker at the event.
