Arnie: I'll be back for the Terminator; MOVIES.
ARNOLD Schwarzenegger has revealed Terminator 5 will start shooting in January.
The 65-year-old actor is returning to his most iconic role as the killer cyborg for the first time since 2003's Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and filming will begin in January.
Schwarzenegger said: "I'm very happy that the studios want me to star as The Terminator, which we start shooting in January."
Patrick Lussier and Laeta Kalogridis - a friend of Terminator creator James Cameron - have been hired to write the script.
Schwarzenegger did not appear in 2009's fourth instalment Terminator Salvation as he was working as the Governor of California.
The Terminator was first brought to screens by Cameron in 1984.
Its 1991 sequel Terminator 2: Judgement Day - also directed by Cameron - was a huge box office hit.
