Armenian National Congress, Heritage and ARFD to have fewer delegates in local electoral commissions than supposed to.

Yerevan. Jan 24 was the deadline for Armenia's parliamentary forces to delegate their representatives to district electoral

commissions.

The press service of the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia reports that ARFD and Heritage have delegated 51 and 65

fewer representatives than they were supposed to, with Armenian National Congress having failed to appoint delegates to as many as 457

commissions.

Orinats Yerkir, Prosperous Armenia and Republican Party will have delegates in all local electoral commissions.

There should have been a total of 15,904 members in 1,988 local electoral commissions but appointed so far are just 15,331

people. The remaining vacancies will be filled by the chairmen of undermanned commissions within the deadline specified by the

Electoral Code of Armenia.
