Armenia: Action Taken Against Poultry Firm.
According to local media reports, the company, along with other four poultry farms, has already been booked by the commission for releasing eggs without expiry date on packages.
On July 28, the commission warned these companies against doing the same in the future and gave them 20 days for putting things right. On August 30, the Commission conducted monitoring and found out that all the companies except for Lusakert Company dealt with the violations. It was reported that the antitrust commission has instituted proceedings against Lusakert poultry factory for defying the commission's demand.
