Arizona apartment executives recognized by governor.

THREE ARIZONA APARTMENT executives were named "Women of Achievement" by Arizona Gov. Janice Brewer in a proclamation on Sept. 19.

The proclamation, recognizing Jodi Sheahan, Melanie Morrison and Libby Ekre of MEB Management Services, introduced Arizona's "Women of Achievement" month celebrated in September.

The proclamation was presented by the governor's office. Mary Murphy, the Community Liaison for Children, Youth and Families, praised the MEB Services' owners for their "integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, strong character, originality and business acumen.

They are worthy role models who inspire other women to strive for similar achievements."

The three women are the co-owners of MEB Management Services, which manages multifamily communities around Arizona.

Each honoree has served in significant leadership roles with the Arizona Multihousing Association.
