Arizona Travelers Can "Virtually" Experience Australia with Local Travel Leaders.

Phoenix, AZ, August 20, 2010 --( Travel Leaders/Signature Destinations is inviting all Arizona residents to follow Phoenix's Premier Aussie Specialist, Wally Jones, as he sets out to Australia in September, via the agency's Facebook page He will be posting daily video segments to highlight what his clients could experience on their own trip to Australia. Jones will be "Down Under" for further destination training of the continent - a requirement mandated by Tourism Australia to maintain his Premier Aussie Specialist designation.

"I get little sympathy when I tell people that I am required to travel to Australia - for work," said Jones. "As someone who would love to host my own travel show, this is a way for me to help my clients, and all Arizona consumers, see what a fantastic destination Australia is. I want to help educate them about this amazingly diverse destination and, by allowing them to 'virtually' experience this trip with me, I hope that they will want to experience it for themselves."

Travel Leaders/Signature Destinations will also be giving away a special gift after Jones returns to one lucky, randomly selected, fan of their Travel Leaders Facebook page.

On this journey, Jones will visit such places such as Uluru (Ayers Rock), Alice Springs, King Canyon, Hamilton Island on the Great Barrier Reef, as well as another visit to Sydney. Jones' prior trip to Australia was last November where he gained in-depth, first-hand knowledge of Brisbane and Sydney and experienced:

- A sunset river cruise and dinner in Noosa, a popular vacation getaway among Australians that is along the Australian coastline north of Brisbane.

*-A sampling tour of foods and wines from local companies such as Noosa Reds (an organic tomato farm), Dingo Creek Vineyard, Kybong Crayfish Farm and Maroochy Springs Organic Winery.

- visit to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo for an in-depth look at wildlife from the region and from across the country.

- An outing to Blue Mountains National Park and Featherdale Wildlife Park to experience the native wildlife and flora of this unique World Heritage Region and "Scenic World" - home of the worlds' steepest incline railway.

- A private breakfast with the Koalas at Sydney's Wildlife World and a private behind-the-scenes tour of the Sydney Opera House.
