Argos steps in when bed bolts do a bunk.

My daughter bought a bunk bed from Argos a few years ago. But when she dismantled it to move home, she lost all the screws and bolts. What can she do? I contacted Argos on your behalf and this is what they said: "We always strive to provide the best service possible to our customers.

"In this instance, we are making contact with the customer and have ordered a set of the missing parts for the metal bunk bed with futon on her behalf.

"Should any customer misplace parts for a product purchased from Argos, they can contact our customer services (customer.services@argos.co.uk, 0845 640 3030) team who will endeavour to replace parts on a case-by-case basis."
