Are you at risk from diabetes?
PEOPLE are being invited to a free roadshow to find out their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
Diabetes UK has partnered with Tesco to deliver the 'Know Your Risk' roadshow tour across the UK which aims to reach more than 27,000 people with potentially life-changing information over two years.
One of the roadshow's first stops is Queen Street, Cardiff, on Monday, April 27, and Tuesday, April 28.
In Wales there are 540,000 people at high risk of getting Type 2 diabetes and an estimated 163,000 people already diagnosed with the condition.
Diabetes UK Cymru's director Dai Williams said: "Four out of five of us can make healthy lifestyle changes that will delay or stop us getting Type 2 diabetes such as eating a healthy diet, taking regular physical activity, and maintaining a healthy weight.
