Arden B., a contemporary women's apparel and accessories retailer, is opening a new store in the Flatiron District at 104 Fifth Avenue, located between 15th and 16th Streets, on the west block of Fifth Avenue. The national retailer, which is a division of California-based retail chain The Wet Seal, has signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 SF of ground floor space. The new store is expected to open in Summer 2003.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) senior managing director Karen Bellantoni, along with RKF's CEO Robert Futterman, handled negotiations on behalf of the retailer for all of its Manhattan leases.

The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, represented the landlord.
