Archer Systems Limited Inc. (OTCBB: ARYN), a business development and consulting company, Friday announced that it has filed its Form 10-KSB annual report for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2000.

Archer Systems Limited ("Archer Systems") is in the business of assisting early stage and emerging growth companies to advance their development by providing management guidance, business support assistance, and marketing advice. In addition, Archer Systems plans to acquire and/or operate Internet and technology-based companies as well as make investments in targeted companies through various venture capital arrangements.

Archer Systems, which on April 17, 2000 acquired NextNet.Com Inc., whose name has since been changed to ArcusNet Corp., is presently considering a number of proposals for potential acquisition, investment and/or strategic alliance and is seeking additional business opportunities.

On May 18, 2000 Archer Systems and Inc., (OTCBB: INFE), a Florida Corp., entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement whereby they agreed to acquire an equity interest in each other's corporation, so that they might pursue common goals for their joint benefit., ( is an Internet and technology consulting infrastructure resource assisting emerging technology companies to attain their business objectives by offering capital formation, technology consulting and human resource services. On June 8, 2000 Archer Systems entered into a financial advisory agreement with Inc. ("Superwire"), (OTC Pink Sheets), a Dallas-based company, to render services to Superwire as a corporate consultant and to assist Superwire in developing strategic alliances. Superwire ( is an integrated broadband services company that delivers voice, video and high-speed Internet to the multi-tenant building market.

Superwire can quickly and easily install its broadband services primarily by utilizing already existing telecommunications infrastructure in any building at a significant discount to its competition, providing single-source access to communications services and interactive content at speeds up to 200 times faster than a dial-up modem. On July 21, 2000, Archer Systems entered into a financial consulting agreement with comLinx Inc., a privately held North Plainfield, N.J.-based ASP/Internet communications firm. comLinx (, develops, promotes and delivers its proprietary WEBINAR(R) (Web-based seminars) telecommunication product ( that enables companies to hold "virtual conferences," i.e., corporate meetings, conducted entirely on the Internet.

On July 22, 2000, ArcusNet Corp., Archer Systems' wholly owned subsidiary, entered into a marketing and business development agreement with Cydoor Technologies Inc., a privately held New York-based company with offices in San Francisco and Tel Aviv, Israel. Cydoor Technologies Inc. ( has developed a product and technology known as OnSoftware(TM), which enables software programs to display Internet ads and execute e-commerce transactions. OnSoftware(TM) combines product presentation abilities with electronic payment solutions enabling users to shop whether they are online or offline.
