Aravinda hits ton as JMCC beat Terna.

ARAVINDA scored a fine century to lead Jai Maharashtra Cricket Club to a convincing 121-run victory over Terna CC in the fifth week's matches of the HPL 2013 League.

Batting first, Jai Maharashtra raced to a challenging 241 for four in 16 overs with Aravinda leading the way with an aggressive 142. Sarfaraz claimed two wickets for Terna CC.

In reply, Terna CC were restricted to 120 for nine in 16 overs with Sarfaraz making 38 runs while Sameer N claimed four wickets.

Sahara Bahrain 146-6 in 16 overs (Shabaz 54; Lloyd, Vinod and Hidayat two wickets each) lost to Rockers Goans 150-5 in 15.1 overs (Rohan 52; Jabbar, Shabaz and Qasim one wicket each) by five wickets.

Chennai Challengers 141-7 in 16 overs (Pugal 52; Nissar and Naushad two wickets each) bt Bahrain Challengers 140-6 in 16 overs (Jijo 37; Raj two wickets) by one-run.

Riffa Cricket Club 228-6 in 16 overs (Harpreet 96; Jalani three wickets) bt Super Kings 173-9 in 16 overs (Prashant 91; Ashwin four wickets) bt 55 runs.

Lion Warriors 171-8 in 16 overs (Dinesh 53; Hussain three wickets) lost to Summer Land 175-5 in 14.3 overs (Nayeem 52; Jagan three wickets) by five wickets.
