Arab coalition keen on deterring threats to global economy - Spokesman.
Riyadh, Sept. 15 (BNA): The Arab coalition supporting legitimate leadership in Yemen said it was adopting necessary measures to deter terrorist threats in order to guarantee global energy security and international economic stability. Coalition spokesman Colonel Turki Al Malki made the remarks following attacks by drones on Aramco's oil processing plant in Abqaiq and Khurais village oilfield, triggering fires at both sites, which were timely put out, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported. The coalition will continue deterrence policy against terrorist attacks on vital facilities, he added. Investigations are underway to know who was behind the attacks, which drew condemnations from Gulf, Arab and Western capitals, Al Malki said.
