Arab FMs meet in Cairo Sat. on "deal of century".

CAIRO, Jan 28 (KUNA) -- Arab foreign ministers are set to come together for an emergency meeting in Cairo on Saturday to look into US President Donald Trump's Middle East peace plan, dubbed "deal of the century". Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will attend the meeting due to be held at the Cairo-based Arab League, the bloc's Assistant Secretary-General Hosam Zaki said in a press statement. During the Palestine-requested gathering, the Arab ministers will focus on the so-called "deal of the century" and listen to the Palestinian leader's views on the plan, he added. The senior Arab official restated that the Palestinian issue should be resolved by political, rather than economic, means. (end)
