Apropos launches new version. (New Products).
Apropos Technology, a provider of realtime business communications
platforms, has launched version 6.0 of the Apropos Multi-Channel
Interaction Management Suite. Version 6.0 was configured to deliver new
features and improved functionality to help enable global corporations
to integrate multichannel interaction management across their business
operations. The goal of the creation of version 6.0 was to bring the
business benefits of interaction management to all aspects of the
enterprise and extend the capabilities of earlier versions of the
Apropos Product Suite in contact center environments. With version 6.0,

to business processes throughout the enterprises and beyond, to
