SeaPoint Ventures Leads Round, with Alexander Hutton Venture Partners,

ARCH Venture Partners, Hook Partners, Madrona Venture Group,

Tredegar Investments and Venrock Associates Joining in New Financing, the technology leader in Web performance management, today announced that it has raised $20 million in a round of funding led by SeaPoint Ventures, a recognized venture capital firm focused on Internet industries.

This financing round also yields investments from premier venture capital firms Alexander Hutton Venture Partners, ARCH Venture Partners, Hook Partners, Madrona Venture Group, Tredegar Investments and Venrock Associates. will leverage this round of funding to expand its service offerings and customer base, continue the development of its technology, and support the growth of the company. has nearly doubled its staff since January 1, 2000, relocating to larger corporate headquarters in Seattle to accommodate expansion. is headed by founder Brian Bershad, Ph.D, Chairman and CEO.
