Apartment complex sold in Yonkers.

Helmsley-Spear, Inc. and Houlihan-Parnes Realtors have negotiated the sale of 409-441-455 North Broadway, an apartment complex in Yonkers, New York, for $7.1 million. Ira G. Feiler, vice president of Helmsley-Spear, and Jim Houlihan represented their respective firms in this transaction.

The garden apartment complex consists of three, two-story buildings, containing 175 units. The buildings, constructed in 1972, are located both north and south of Hudson Terrace and ovalook the Hudson River. The complex features a private swimming pool club and children's playgrounds.

According to Feiler, the deal was structured to yield a reasonable current cash flow, together with long-term financing which proved attractive to the purchaser.
