Apartment community voted best for living.
The garden apartment community, which is operated by Westminster Management, received 2004 "Best in Apartment Living" Awards for overall excellence and outstanding curb appeal.
The AAGP is a non-profit group representing multifamily developers, owners and managers in the Greater Philadelphia area for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing quality rental housing. Multi-housing industry professionals selected the award winners and honored them at a ceremony this fall at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia. Property Manager Yakov Segal accepted the AAGP awards on behalf of The Pines' on-site management staff.
Westminster Management added The Pines to its multifamily portfolio in 1999 and launched an extensive renovation program at the property this spring.
"I am extremely proud of the work our Pines' staff has accomplished this year," noted Segal. "These awards reflect the time and effort they have invested to create a warm, welcoming community where residents of all ages feel comfortable."
