Anyone who cares to get a periodic neighborly glimpse of the Material Girl.

Anyone who cares to get a periodic neighborly glimpse of the Material Girl, may want to consider plopping down $9.5 million for 158 East 81st Street which sits right next to Madonna's home on the Upper East Side.

However if you are going to do it, you'd better do it fast.

Bids on the 20 foot wide, four-story townhouse, will only be taken up until 5pm today, Wednesday April 10th by brokers Thomas Gammino and Guthrie Garvin at Massey Knakal.

Madonna, who owns the next three townhouses, purchased the property next door at 152 East 81st Street in 2010, according to city records.

Neighbors of the street, located between Park and Lexington Avenues told the Commercial Observer last week that they have seen Madonna "maybe twice in three years."

Whoever decides to move in may have more of a chance of seeing the pop stars 16-year old daughter Lourdes Leon, when she bops down the street with her new 17-year old boyfriend Timothee Chalamet of the TV hit "Homeland."
