Annita M. Menogan is Corporate Secretary and Assistant General
Counsel of Coors Brewing Company. In her role as Corporate Secretary,
she also directs corporate governance for the parent company, Adolph
Coors Company, and its subsidiaries, both domestic and international.
She serves as a liaison between management and the Board of Directors,
and is responsible for management of corporate records. She provides
legal counsel for the Company in the areas of corporate law, including
compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission and New York Stock
Exchange, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, finance and
treasury.
