Anheuser Busch expands.

Anheuser-Busch Inc., the world's largest beer-brewer, has extended and expanded its lease at Morris Corporate Center in Parsippany, New Jersey. The company moved its regional sales offices to the property in 1988. SJP Properties owns and manages the 1.4 million-square-foot complex, including the completed and 98 percent occupied Morris Corporate Centers I, II and III.

Anheuser-Busch, which began operations in 1852 as the Bavarian Brewery, expanded to 7,940 square feet at Morris Corporate Center 1, to add new offices to its sales and promotions center. SJP Properties' in-house construction team completed a total retrofit of the space.
