Andrews intros "Expert & Scientific Evidence Litigation Reporter.
The new title is designed to cover all stages of litigation, from initial disclosure of expert winesses in pretrial proceedings to final appellate decision, with current coverage of a wide range of cases in both state and federal court. Focusing on issues related to the rise of so-called "junk science," the reporter is written to provide attorneys with a source for determining what evidence the courts are likely to allow or disallow, as well as who the courts will likely accept as an credible expert.
Andrews produces 40 litigation reporters and newsletters in the areas of business, technology, product liability and personal injury, and toxic tort and environmental. Titles include Employment Litigation Reporter, Health Law Litigation Reporter and Asbestos Litigation Reporter, among others. In the fourth quarter of 2003, Andrews launched both Franchise and Distribution Litigation Reporter and Privacy Litigation Reporter.
