Anchorage magazine. (Right Moves).

Longtime Anchorage resident Joy Maples was recently named editor of Anchorage magazine. Maples was most recently director of communications for the Anchorage Convention & Visitors Bureau. She held that position for six years, promoting all that Anchorage has to offer. Maples is the owner of a small, sole proprietorship, Maples Communications. She will continue to run her business specializing in marketing, public relations and news media. Anchorage magazine, a bimonthly publication of Alaska magazine, is aimed specifically at the Municipality of Anchorage and highlights life in Alaska's largest city.
