Amstel Light revamps label.
Heineken USA says it has tweaked the Amstel Light label and package
this year, "to bring added sophistication to Amstel Light's
premium quality." The company says "these stylistic upgrades
will reinforce Amstel Light's position as the light beer favored by
light beer connoisseurs." Willem van der Hoeven, brand director for
Amstel, said the new look compliments the product. "We are thrilled to introduced these exciting new packaging elements ... we have updated
the classic Amstel Light look for the 21st century."
