Amope Line moves into nail care.
PARSIPPANY, N.J. -- Reckitt Benckiser's (RB's) Amope foot care brand is expanding into nail care with the rollout of the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Nail Care System.
The company said that the system helps women get shiny, natural-looking nails with just the push of a button. The battery-operated device sports an ergonomically shaped head for use on fingernails and toenails and includes three attachments to file, buff and shine.
With two speed settings, the Electronic Nail Care System helps women achieve their look in as little as five minutes, according to RB. The company also noted that the compact device, which comes with a battery, is slim enough to fit in a purse, desk drawer or cosmetic bag.
"Given the success we saw with the new Amope foot care range of products in year one, expanding into nail care is the natural next step," stated Karen Chisholm, marketing director at RB. "With the Amope Pedi Perfect Electronic Nail Care System, we wanted to give women a simple tool to achieve shiny, healthy-looking nails without frequent and expensive trips to the salon."
RB also announced that the Amope Pedi Perfect Extra Coarse Electronic Foot File now has diamond crystals and comes in a pink color. The company said the device's rotating head gently buffs away thick, hard skin on feet. Amope's signature blue foot file with a regular coarse roller head also now comes with diamond crystals. The roller head refills are interchangeable and can be used on both devices.
